An eight-story condominium complex is set to rise at 66 Clinton Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, based on renderings unearthed by YIMBY.

The project, designed by C3D Architecture, is named Sixty Six Clinton for its address.  Plans call for an exterior of pale gray masonry with punched windows and an open-air terrace at the sixth floor.

The proposed building would include 12 condominiums, in addition to a fitness center and six bicycle parking spaces.  The approximately 24,000-square-foot building would rise 80 feet in height.

Vault Development and TLM Equities, the developers behind Sixty Six Clinton, have not revealed a completion date or expected pricing for the building, according to YIMBY.
