A mixed-use building featuring housing and commercial space is coming to Fourth Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, reports YIMBY.

The proposed project, which is being developed by Joel Weiss of 35 Holdings, LLC, would rise from a property located at 35 Fourth Avenue. The proposed 16-story, 132,000-square-foot building would include 104 residential units, approximately 8,791 square feet of commercial space, and a variety of amenities and community facilities. Plans also call for parking for 48 vehicles.

S. Wieder Architect is designing the building, which would have a white and gray facade with a mix of cantilevered and recessed balconies that provide open space and facade articulation.

The project, which would replace a three-story commercial building, does not have an announced timeline.
