Northwood Investors is continuing to make progress on their creative office campus redevelopment in Santa Monica.

The adaptive reuse project, located at 2041-2115 Colorado Avenue, consists of a 92,000 square foot office complex with four separate buildings - some of which have been around since the 1940s. In addition to the 75,000 square feet of leasable space, the campus will house a small quick service kiosk, 172 parking spaces, and landscaped outdoor spaces for both private and common use.

The project, which sits on a 2.1-acre site, was designed by RAC Design Build.

Completion of 2041-2115 Colorado was originally anticipated in 2018, though it appears likely to deliver in early 2019.
