With the ink still drying on its $630 million purchase of the Wilshire Courtyard, Onni Group is moving quickly to fill the landmark office complex.

The L.A. Business Journal reports that co-working giant WeWork has signed a 135,000-square-foot lease at the property, which will become the company's 30th Los Angeles location.  The new facility is expected to open in early 2020.

The Wilshire Courtyard, 5700-5750 Wilshire Boulevard, features approximately one million square feet of office space.  Despite its prominent status, the property had its occupancy rate to just 59 percent at the time of its sale to Onni Group.

One of Wilshire Courtyard's major tenants, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, is relocating to a new headquarters campus in Baldwin Hills.

Newmark Knight Frank announced earlier this month that the Russian "visual collaboration" platform Miro has leased more than 7,000 square feet of ROW DTLA to serve as its American headquarters.

"As Miro considered options for their headquarters location, they went through a long process to evaluate many submarkets throughout Los Angeles," said NKF Managing Director Ryan Harding.  "They selected the ROW because of its constantly expanding amenity base, the proximity to talent throughout the city and the overall quality of the recently renovated project."

Miro becomes the latest arrival at ROW DTLA, joining companies such as Ghost Management Group and Zappos.
