Cedars-Sinai has leased additional office space at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, according to an announcement earlier this week by Charles Cohen, the property's owner and developer.

The new lease, which accounts for approximately 30,000 square feet of space, increases Cedars-Sinai's presence at the PDC's Blue and Green Buildings to more than 100,000 square feet.

“We are pleased that Cedars-Sinai is increasing its presence at PDC. This prestigious institution with its stellar reputation is a prominent part of PDC’s diverse and interesting tenant mix,” said Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation in a statement. “We respect Cedars-Sinai’s mission, and highly value our medical center tenant,” he added.

Other recent additions to the Pacific Design Center include hydroponics company Advanced Nutrients, production company Den of Thieves, and marketing agency NVE
