Coworking company WORK WELL WIN has signed a 25,348-square-foot lease at LPC West's FLIGHT campus in Tustin, announced CBRE this week.

This is the second California location for WORK WELL WIN, following a Santa Monica space that is slated to open later this year.

FLIGHT, located at the intersection of Flight Way and Barranca Parkway, is built on a 38-acre site that once served as a Marine Air Corps base.  The first phase of the project, which was slated for completion in March, consists of 470,000 square feet of office space.  A second phase of the project would consist of an additional 400,000 square feet.

Digital Brand Architects, a marketing communications firm, has leased additional space at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, according to an announcement from Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation.

The new lease accounts for 6,300 square feet of space on the 10th floor of PDC's RedBuilding, and comes just one year after DBA expanded its existing office in the RedBuilding to 13,200 square feet.

“We are pleased that DBA is flourishing and growing so rapidly, and that PDC is able to provide space for this exciting company’s expansion,” said Charles Cohen, CEO and President of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation in a statement. “Creative companies like DBA choose the RedBuilding with its bold architecture to boost their glamorous images,” he added. DBA is the first and most pioneering social influencer talent management agency, expert at turning influencers into brands.
