An early 1920s single-family home in Glassell Park could be redeveloped with new multifamily housing, according to plans submitted on October 7 to the City of Los Angeles.

The proposed development, slated for a 7,000-square-foot site at 3564-3566 Eagle Rock Boulevard, is slated for the construction of two duplexes.

RS Design is listed as the architect for the project, which would consist of two contemporary three-story structures.  Architectural plans show that each of the dwellings would contain three bedrooms above a two-car garage.

The project application indicates that The Moreno Group, a Burbank-based firm, is the developer of the duplexes.  Glendale-based Urban Cities Development & Paradigm Collaboration is listed as the owner of the site.
