The private software company is expanding a four-story, 100,000-square-foot building now being built by Urbana Development at 3443 Long Beach Boulevard.  The low-rise structure will be accompanied by a new parking garage with space for up to 343 vehicles.

Studio One Eleven is designing the project, which takes cues from Mid-Century Modern architecture, with design elements to allow for natural lighting and large, contiguous workspaces.

The project, which is targeting LEED Gold certification, is on pace for completion in 2021.

The new development will be the fourth building in the neighborhood occupied by Laserfiche upon completion.  The company intends to double its number of employees from 300 to 600 by the year 2025.
