The Nest on Florence, located at the former site of an auto repair garage at 410-432 E. Florence Avenue, is a five-story structure which will feature 50 studio and one-bedroom apartments reserved for transition-age youth, in addition to one manager's unit.

Architect Edwin Mohabir is designing The Nest, which is depicted as a contemporary podium-type structure with a second-floor amenity deck.

The Measure HHH-funded development was slated for completion in 18 months at the time of its groundbreaking.
