WJK Development has announced plans for a mixed-use development in Eagle Rock featuring small lot houses and ground-floor commercial space.

The project, which is being developed in partnership with AmeriPacific Development, will consist of 17 for-sale homes on an approximately 26,000-square-foot site at 4033-4041 Eagle Rock Boulevard.  Plans also call for live/work units at Eagle Rock Boulevard to comply with a zoning requirement for ground-floor commercial space along the street frontage.

Tracy A. Stone Architects is designing the mix of three-story buildings, each of which would feature a two-car garage and a roof deck.

The houses are expected to come to market in late 2020, and will be sold in the $950,000 to $1 million range, according to a representative of WJK Development.
