A series of small commercial buildings in in South Robertson could be razed for a new hotel.

According to plans filed yesterday with the City of Los Angeles, the proposed development at 1434-1450 S. Robertson boulevard would consist of a six-story building featuring 112 guest rooms and 73 parking spaces in an underground garage.

The applicant has requested several discretionary approvals for the project, including a vesting zone change and a site plan review.

Property records list the owner of the development site as 1438 Robertson, Inc., a Beverly Hills-based firm controlled by real estate investor Dan Harkham.

Additional details about the proposed hotel are currently unclear.
