The Decro Group, a Culver City-based developer of affordable housing, has filed plans to construct a new project in Westlake.

The proposed development, known as Firmin Court, would rise from three parcels located at 418-430 Firmin Court.  Plans call for a six-story edifice which would feature 64 apartments -including 42 permanent supportive housing units and 22 low-income units.

According to a project page from the Decro Group website, the development team would also include Innovating Housing Opportunities, Inc., social service provider St. Joseph Center, Rose Community Capital, and FPI Management.

An elevation plan also posted to the website portrays a mid-rise structure in a Spanish Colonial Revival style.

Decro's project would rise one block west of the Eastview apartments, a market rate development on Boylston Avenue, and two blocks from the immense Ferrante development, which will create more than 1,500 residential units at adjacent to the Harbor Freeway.
