The proposed development, located just south of Venice Boulevard and 3808 College Avenue, calls for the construction of a two-story development featuring six townhome-style dwellings above subterranean parking for 13 vehicles.
KAP, a London- and Los Angeles-based architecture firm, is designing the project, which would consist entirely of three-bedroom units. Elevation plans show an exterior of stucco and wood siding.
The project is being developed by Wylan James, a Culver City-based firm which has built several townhouse-style developments on the Westside.
The development site is located a few blocks northeast of the intersection of Tilden and Matteson Avenues, where a similar townhome projects is planned.
