The $37-million project, located on the north side of Washington Boulevard between Wilton Place and Gramercy Place, consists of a four-story building which will feature 64 one- and two-bedroom apartments, 2,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and parking for 63 vehicles.

According to the a landing page on the Hollywood Community Housing website, the apartments at Gramercy Place will be reserved for households earning 30 and 60 percent of the area median income.  Rents will range from $1,056 to $1,521 per month.

The developer is no longer accepting applications for the apartments, according to the landing page.

Kevin Daly Architects designed the contemporary low-rise structure, which will be include a mid-block setback creating a plaza facing Washington Boulevard, as well as terrace decks facing the rear property line which provide an amenity space for residents and a transition to the lower-scale neighborhood to the north.
