A half-year after we last checked in, wood framing is now complete at the site of a new mixed-use development at 860 E. Valley Boulevard in the City of San Gabriel.

The project site, which was previously developed with commercial buildings, is being redeveloped with a four-story edifice featuring 49 condominiums above roughly 9,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for subterranean parking for 197 vehicles.
A single rendering of the project depicts the new building as a contemporary low-rise structure clad in stucco and stone veneer.
Completion of the project is anticipated in 2022, according to a leasing profile for the building's ground-floor commercial space on LoopNet.
