Earlier today, developers Hines, Philena Properties, and USAA Real Estate announced that Riot has signed a 10-year lease for all 200,000 square feet of office space at the West Edge, a mixed-use complex now under construction at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Bundy Drive in Sawtelle.

“As Riot has continued to grow across games, esports and entertainment, providing world-class workplaces to the Rioters who make it all possible has become more important than ever,” said Riot Games president Dylan Jadeja in a statement. “With West Edge, we’re adding a significant new hub to our West Los Angeles campus. The space, amenities, and facilities at West Edge will help provide the environment we need to create amazing experiences for players.”

Since 2013, Riot has leased 284,000 square feet of office space at Element LA, a neighboring office campus developed by Hudson Pacific Properties.

The West Edge, rising on a site long occupied by Martin Cadillac, includes Riot's new offices, as well as a 600-unit apartment complex and 90,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, which will be anchored by Gelson's.
