A mixed-use development is planned for three parcels in North Hollywood, according to a filing earlier today with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The project site, located at 10821 W. Magnolia Boulevard, is slated for a five-story structure that would feature 40 apartments above ground-floor retail space and two levels of subterranean parking.  The property is currently improved with a pair of small commercial buildings.

Hamid and Lili Hamidi are listed as the applicant behind the development.

Larger mixed-use projects are already under construction to the west towards Lankershim Boulevard.
