An official project website has unveiled renderings for the Western Pacific Building, a 1920s Downtown landmark now being restored as so-called "creative office space."

Completed in 1925 and 1023 S. Broadway, the 12-story building was designed in the Beaux Art style by Walker & Elsen.  The upper floors of the building are being upgraded into over 200,000 square feet of office space, while existing ground-floor commercial stalls are being retained and improved upon.

The building was designed with an H-shaped layout, which allows natural lighting to flood its interior.  Onni is complementing its built-in features with new additions such as a fitness center and a conference facility.

A leasing page on the website LoopNet lists immediate availability within the building.

Onni Group, the Candian owner of the Western Pacific Building, is best known locally as the developer of numerous high-rise apartment towers throughout the Downtown area.  The company is currently pursuing the construction of a 60-story mixed-use building on a parking lot located a short distance northwest at Olympic Boulevard and Hill Street.
