Holland Partner Group has completed construction of Alina, its latest Downtown apartment tower.

Located at the corner of 9th and Figueroa Streets, the 28-story building contains 341 residential units and basement parking.  The property offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units - ranging between 437 and 1,842 square feet - with as low as $2,395 per month and as high as $9,785 per month.

The tower neighbors a standalone retail building which is capped by a rooftop deck and digital signage.  A presentation given last year to the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Committee indicates that The Capital Grille is in talks to occupy the entire 11,000-square-foot space.

The completion of Alina represents the final buildout of a development originally entitled by Sonny Astani and designed by HansonLA more than a decade ago.  The new tower, designed by Gensler and the Preston Partnership, mimics the form of the older tower next door.

Holland Partner Group has built nearly a half-dozen Downtown apartment complexes within the past five years, including City West's Sofia, Little Tokyo's Stoa, and a pair of 24-story towers at 8th and Spring Streets.
