Los Angeles-based developer CGI Strategies has announced the completion of the KODO, a new luxury rental development in Koreatown.

Located at 2867 Sunset Place in Koreatown, the project features 60 residential units and two levels of basement parking.

The mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units range between 500 and 850 square feet in size, and come appliances and furnishing.  Communal amenities include a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, and co-working space.

Michael Ball Architects designed the mid-rise edifice.

KODO is the first of two Koreatown developments for CGI, joining a 121-unit mixed-use building now under construction on 3rd Street.

The KODO site sits immediately south of a large property where Hankey Capital and Jamison Services, Inc. have proposed a 23-story apartment tower.\
