Hanover Warner Center, which spans the south side of Kittridge Street between Variel and Independence Avenues, is a seven-story edifice featuring 395 residential units wrapping a 509-car garage.

A leasing website for the apartment complex advertises a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings - as well as live/work units - with rents starting at $1,840 per month and running as high as $3,642 per month.  The apartments range from 565 square feet to 1,280 square feet in size.

TCA Architects designed Hanover Warner Center, which closely resembles the building depicted in a series of conceptual illustrations first revealed in 2019.  The design presents a different style facing the property's three street frontages, with an "activity node" featuring a public plaza and a courtyard facing the intersection of Kittridge and Variel.

The project site is located next door to a similar 271-unit development built by Evolution Strategic Partners, and across the street from a 275-unit complex which is being developed by Fairfield Residential.

The Houston-based Hanover Company is also developing new apartment buildings in Westchester and Hollywood.
