Rampart Mint, which broke ground in 2018 at 252 S. Rampart Boulevard, sits on a single parcel of land between 3rd Street and Beverly Boulevard.  The six-story edifice will feature 23 residential units - including 22 apartments catering to chronically homeless persons with special needs.

KFA Architecture designed the contemporary low-rise structure, which consists of five levels of wood-frame construction perched above a single-level concrete podium.  A rendering shows that the project will incorporate a rooftop deck.

Rampart Mint, which is a joint venture with Affordable Living for the Aging, is scheduled for completion this year.

In addition to the Rampart Boulevard development, West Hollywood Community Housing is also planning supportive housing at 1438 Miramar Street in Westlake, as well as at two sites in Pico-Union.
