The project, which is being developed by Index Real Estate Investments (IREI), consists of a six-story structure containing 51 apartments, 3,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a parking garage.

The contemporary low-rise structure, designed by Ketter Construction, will include a central courtyard in addition to other open space amenities.

Completion of the development was originally anticipated in the third quarter of 2019.

IREI and Ketter Construction are developing a larger mixed-use project in Van Nuys consisting of 174 apartments and retail space.
