A pair of early 20th century homes in Westlake have made way for an infill apartment complex.

The property, located at 146-152 N. Rampart Boulevard, is now being developed with a three-story building which will feature nine residential units.

Renderings of the project, designed by architecture firm Andmore Partners, portrays a contemporary low-rise structure colored white, black, and red.

New Creation Builders is serving as the project's general contractor.
