Alta Oficina, located just east of the Green Line's Mariposa Station at 2125 Campus Drive, consists of two five-story structures - containing 150,000 square feet of office space - wrapping a central parking structure.  EVA Airways - Taiwan's second largest airline - is expected to occupy approximately one third of the space, doubling the size of its current headquarters.  The remainder of the property is to be used as office condominiums for third-party firms.

KMD Architects designed the project, which has a contemporary design and numerous features common to office campus - including skybridges connecting to the internal parking garage and a series of courtyards and landscaped paseos.

The project site is located just south of a recently-finished AC Hotel by Marriott, and just west of the 15-acre Elevon office campus.

Farther east across Douglas Street, Hackman Capital Partners is now in the process of converting a former Northrop Grumman facility into a 550,000-square-foot office campus.

To the north toward Imperial Highway, Los Angeles Times owner Patrick Soon-Schiong is in the midst of improvements to the 1980s office building which the newspaper now calls home.
