Developer Mill Creek Residential is forging ahead with construction of Modera Hollywood, a two-building mixed-use developer located just south of the Hollywood & Highland Center.
The property, rising on two lots along 1600 Highland Avenue and 1600 McCadden Place, will create a pair of six-story structures featuring 248 residential units above 12,785 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
