The latest project, slated for a .85-acre site at 3664-3688 Overland Avenue, calls for the construction of two buildings featuring 187 residential units - including 19 affordable units - and 3,864 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Additional details about the project are not stated in its case filings with the Department of City Planning.
The proposed development is one of a half-dozen similar multifamily buildings that are either planned or underway along Overland Avenue, including the six-story, 92-unit Roy@Overland that is now rising just north of the new project site.
Two other developments - totaling more than 100 apartments - are under construction near the corner of Overland and Tabor Street, while another 41-unit project is slated for the corner of Overland and Rose Avenue.
South towards Washington Boulevard, the 135-unit Cobalt apartments are now fully framed and heading towards completion.
