Northridge-based Stockdale Holdings, LLC has filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to redevelop its property at 8760 N. Reseda Boulevard as a mixed-use complex.

According to a case filing with the Department of City Planning, Stockdale intends to raze an existing 20,000-square foot commercial building and replace it with 131 market rate apartments, 33 units of low income housing and ground-floor retail space.

The project would require a density bonus, which has been requested in exchange for providing on-site affordable housing.

Additional details about the propsed development are unclear.
