The project, which replaced two triplexes, is a 12-unit development approved via the City of Los Angeles' small lot subdivision ordinance.

The four-story buildings, designed by Bittoni Architects, will each feature private balconies and two-car garages.  Renderings depict a series of contemporary low-rise buildings.

Completion of the Thurman Avenue houses is expected by Winter 2021, according to a representative of Bittoni.
