Take a look through Ten Thousand, developer Crescent Heights' posh $300-million apartment tower on the border between Century City and Beverly Hills.

The 40-story building, designed by Handel Architects, is named for its location at 10000 Santa Monica Boulevard.  It offers 283 two- and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to a private one-acre park and other open space amenities designed by the landscape architecture firm RELM.

Monthly rents in the 438-foot tower range up to $25,000.

The project's general contractor was Swinerton Builders.
