The $107-million project, which opened in late 2016, consists of an 18-story building featuring 190 apartments above 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a parking garage.  Rents in the tower range between $2,200 and $9,950 per month.

Developer UDR, Inc. revived the project, which was originally entitled for a high-rise building more than a decade ago.  Other members of the project team included Steinberg Architects, Swinerton Builders and Project Management Advisors, Inc.
