The project, located at the southwest corner of Variel Avenue and Oxnard Street, consists of a six-story building featuring 174 guest rooms and meeting space above ground-floor retail and subterranean parking for 136 vehicles.

DLR Group is designing the hotel, which is depicted in renderings as a contemporary low-rise structure.  Planned guest amenities include a gym and a swimming pool.

The hotel is being built by FPG Development Group, a Florida-based company.

The hotel is one of several currently in the pipeline for Warner Center, including a 204-inn planned as part of a mixed-use project at the site of Fry's Electronics at 6100 Canoga Avenue.
