The project, the applicant for which is listed as the Presiding priest of the Holy Virgin Mary, calls for the construction of a three-story, 17-unit development at 767 N. Avenue 50.
Renderings portray a contemporary low-rise structure which would feature amenities such as a community room and a courtyard. Floor plans included with a staff report list the Arcadia-based firm Nassef A. Eskander & Associates as the project's architect.
An appeal of the St. Mary project's approvals, which were granted earlier this year, was filed by a couple whose listed address is a home on an abutting single-family home on Terrace 49. A staff report urges the Commission to reject the appeal and uphold the project's approvals.
