Located on a five-acre site near the northeast corner of Rosecrans and Van Ness Avenues, the under-construction development will include 113 for-sale homes in a mix of attached condominiums, detached units, and live/work dwellings.
Per a sales website, Rosecrans Place will feature two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans between 1,690 square feet to 2,505 square feet in size. Each unit will be accompanied by two-car garages and up to three bathrooms.
Promotional images show the mix of three-story buildings situated among a grid of private streets and interior walkways, connecting amenities such as a barbeque area. Some units will also feature private yards and front patios.
G3 Urban, which is also based out of Gardena, recently broke ground on Walnut Place, a smaller 52-unit housing development a block west on Rosecrans Avenue.
