Bernards, a Los Angeles-based commercial builder, has announced the completion of the G12 development in Downtown Los Angeles' South Park district.

The project, located at 1200 S. Grand Avenue, consists of a seven-story building featuring 347 residential units above 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  The mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom units is accompanied by two levels of subterranean parking, as well as various amenities.

Designed by TCA Architects, G12 features a modern exterior, capped with a rooftop deck.

The mixed-use complex is the second Downtown development from the Wolff Company, following the adjacent OLiVE DTLA building which opened earlier this year with 293 apartments and 15,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space.

The project site is located directly across the street from developer Mack Urban's 37-story apartment tower at 1120 S. Grand Avenue.
