A leasing brochure offers up a fresh look at Millennium Santa Monica, a 356-unit development now taking shape at 2930 Colorado Avenue.

The project, which comes from Houston-based developer Dinerstein Cos., will consist of multiple five-story buildings on a rectangular 3.5-acre property.  A full buildout of the development will feature 356 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - 38 of which would be set aside as affordable housing - and 25,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.

The leasing brochure suggests potential retail tenants could include a restaurant, a coffee shop, a gym, and creative office users.

Architect Michael W. Folonis is designing the series of interconnected buildings, which will be bisected by a series of pedestrian walkways.

Completion of Millennium Santa Monica is anticipated in 2019.
