Developers Hankey Capital and Jamison Services have unveiled a new renderings and an official website for Circaa $500-million high-rise complex now rising across the street from Staples Center and L.A. Live.

The project, which is highlighted by twin 35-story towers, will offer 648 apartments above approximatley 48,000 square feet of ground-floor commmercial space.  Pre-leasing for the residences is expected to begin in late 2017, in advance of an anticipated opening date in early 2018.

The 2-million square foot development offers a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse units - built to condo specifications - which span from 700 to 3,800 square feet in size.  Rents will range between $3,000 per month and $20,000 per month.

The elliptical towers are being designed by a team lead by Harley Ellis Devereaux, with interiors by Downton-based HansonLA.  Plans call for a wide array of communal spaces, including a landscaped entertainment deck, a swimming pool and a private gym.

Circa's towers rise atop a podium structure featuring parking for more than 1,700 vehicles and 17,000 square feet of digital signage.
