The four-story building, now taking shape at the southwest corner of Long Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway, will contain 102 one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  The apartments will cater to households earning between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income, with 15 to be set aside as permanent supportive housing.

Completion of construction is scheduled to occur in 2021.

The project is one of three affordable and permanent supportive housing developments now in construction adjacent to Metro's PCH light rail station.  The others include the Spark at Midtown, located just north on Long Beach Boulevard, and Vistas del Puerto, located a block west on Locust Avenue.
