A mid-20th century house across the street the Westfield Fashion Square shopping could make way for a new small lot subdivision, according to architectural plans posted by the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council.

The project site, located at the northwest corner of Riverside Drive, calls for the construction of four single-family homes - each of which would feature three bedrooms and a two-car garage.

Renderings depict contemporary three-story structures, clad in metal, concrete, and stucco.

City records indicate the project applicant is Yaniv Nehemia through an entity called JNY Investments, LLC.

GA Engineering is listed as the project's representative, with Green Republic Landscapes providing landscape architecture services.

The project site is located less than a half-mile east of the intersection of Riverside Drive and Hazeltine Avenue, where developer IMT Residential has obtained entitlements to construct new apartments and street-level retail on a property flanking the former headquarters of Sunkist.
