Approximately 66% of properties are now sold or in escrow at Elevon, a 15-acre creative office campus in El Segundo.  Buyers include several media and tech firms relocating from traditional Southern California tech hubs such as Santa Monica and Venice.

Elevon - which was developed by a joint venture between Continental Development Corporation and Mar Ventures Inc. - consists of 15 buildings featurring 210,000 square feet of office space and 13,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space.  Spaces range from 2,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet and include opportunities to purchase entire buildings.

The design team, which was spearheaded by Ehrlich Architects and Ware Malcomb, sought to incorporate residential principles into a business setting through the project.  Thus, offices on the Elevon campus include uncommon amenities such as private patios, balconies, roll-up doors and a large Common Green.

Buildings were designed to create a neighborhood-like feel, with a variety of roofscapes and landscaped walking paths.  Exterior materials include metal roofs and walls, wood elements and large glass openings to flood the buildings' interiors with natural light.  Individual spaces also feature concrete floors, exposed-wood ceilings and steel trusses.
