The project, the second phase of the under-construction "Catherine" apartments, is located at 1625 Lincoln Boulevard.  Plans call for the construction of two five-story structures containing 191 apartments with 11,402 square feet of ground-floor retail space above a two-level subterranean parking structure.

Designed by KFA Architecture, the development site will be bisected by a new landscaped alley running between Olympic Boulevard and Colorado Avenue.  Pedestrian bridges will connect the two buildings.

Completion is expected in 2021.

The Catherine, the first phase of the project which is now under construction immediately north, will consist of a similar five-story edifice containing 89 apartments over retail.

To the south, work is underway on a 44-unit development called Junction.

Century West Partners has already completed similar projects in Koreatown and Glendale, and is planning another in Monrovia.
