Construction has gone vertical for a mixed-use condominium development in Beverly Hills.

The project, located at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard, is a joint venture between SHVO, Bilgili Group, and Deutsche Finance.  Plans call for a seven-story edifice featuring 54 residential units atop 6,650 square feet of ground-floor retail space and basement parking.

MVE + Partners is designing the project, which is depicted with a modern glass exterior.  Renderings show amenities such as a rooftop pool deck and a central courtyard fronting Wilshire Boulevard.

Completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2021.

SHVO and its development partners acquired the project site in May 2019 for $130 million.  The team obtained $190 million in construction financing in October.

The development site was originally entitled by New Pacific Realty in 2017.  The company briefly pitched the project as a luxury apartment complex with the same design before reverting to the approved condo development.

A few blocks east at 8600 Wilshire Boulevard, a smaller condo development designed by architect Ma Yansong is also taking shape.
