One year after breaking ground, Watt Communities is forging ahead with construction of Coolidge Place, its new housing development in Frogtown.

The project, located at 3022 N. Coolidge Street, consists of 30 small lot homes - each featuring two-bedroom floor plans, garages, and private balconies.

Modative designed the housing development, which consists entirely of three-story structures.

The homes - which range between 1,468 and 1,677 square feet in size - are priced starting at $800,000s.

Coolidge Place follows on the heels of other housing developments in Frogtown - including an apartment complex now under construction at 1901 Blake Avenue and a live/work campus on Allesandro Street.

Other recent developments from Watt Companies include new houses in West Hills and Gardena, as well as a proposed mixed-use complex adjacent to Expo/Crenshaw Station.
