Los Angeles-based co-living company Eddy Living is wrapping up construction at its second development in East Hollywood's Melrose Hill neighborhood.

The project, which is located at 807 N. Harvard Boulevard, consists of nine separate buildings which were originally approved as a small lot subdivision.  The collection of three-story structures will contain a total of 42 bedrooms, which will be rented separately.

Renderings of the finished product depict a contemporary design with rail balconies and exteriors of wood panels, stone, and stucco.

Completion is anticipated in Spring 2021, according to a project representative.  The Melrose Hill development is considered the second phase of a neighboring development which includes 48 rooms.

To date, Eddy Living has developed five co-living properties in Los Angeles, including a project in Beachwood Canyon which is on pace for completion in March.
