The project, which was built by local developer Micropolitan, consists of a five-story structure at 639 639 N. Fairfax Avenue offering 63 residential units - seven designated as affordable housing - with subterranean parking, a gym, a community room, and a trio of landscaped courtyards.
Santa Monica-based KFA Architecture designed the podium-type building, which fronts Fairfax Avenue with an urban window framing its interior courtyards.
“KFA is very pleased that our successful collaboration with Larry Kruger and Micropolitan is delivering value and quality in areas that attract discriminating tenants who appreciate design quality and urban living,” said KFA Partner John Arnold in a release. “We both view transit-oriented development as the key to ‘smart growth’ for Los Angeles’ future, and nVe at Fairfax is an outstanding example of our shared vision and values."
Rents at nVe Fairfax range from $2,495 per month for a studio unit to $5,775 per month for a two-bedroom apartment, according to a project website.
