Seal Beach-based development firm Olson Homes is wrapping up work on the initial phase of Flora Walk, a new townhome project in the unincorporated community of West Carson.
Located at the northeast corner of 223rd and Meyler Streets, the project consists of 40 townhomes ranging up to 1,882 square feet in size.
A rendering depicts a collection of three-story structures, which would offer residential units with maximum four-bedroom floor plans. Each townhouse would include a two-car garage.
Plans also call for a common green space located near the center of the property.
Sales prices for the townhomes start in the mid-$500,000s, according to a project website.
Olson Homes is also developing housing in Arcadia and Jefferson Park.
