The Cadence apartments, now taking shape at the southeast corner 114th Street and Central Avenue, consists of a two four-story buildings that will offer 64 apartments - including 63 supportive housing units - with on-site services and residential amenities.

Designed by Lahmon Architects, the housing complex closely resembles conceptual renderings depicting a low-rise development with a black, white, and grey stucco exterior with lime green accents.  The two buildings are linked by pedestrian bridges, bookending landscape courtyards and amenity decks at the podium and ground level.

Completion of Cadence is expected later this year.
