Local developer LIDO Equities has completed construction of a new townhome development in Culver City.

Located at 4025 Grand View Avenue, the project consists of 36 dwellings atop an underground parking structure.  Each of 36 rental units features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The 100,000-square-foot development, designed by Pleskow Architects, is described as consisting of six independent building blocks, with units lined to either side of a central linear entry court.

Another multifamily residential development designed by Pleskow Architects is now under construction at 12803 Washington Boulevard.

Two blocks north on Grand View Avenue, non-profit developer Community Corp. of Santa Monica is planning to build a 50-unit affordable apartment complex at a vacant lot.
