Just east of Lincoln Boulevard, California Landmark Group (CLG) is putting the finishing touches on its latest multifamily residential development in the Marina Arts District.

The project, called G8, spans a 2.3-acre site touching Del Rey, Glencoe, and Beach Avenues.  The T-shaped complex includes 230 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments in addition to 15,000 square feet of amenities.  A small, publicly-accessible courtyard fronts Beach Avenue along the northern property line, and additional open spaces take the form of courtyards and a rooftop deck.

RCH Studios designed G8, which is split into multiple building masses of different heights due to the scale of the project site.

Rents range from approximately $2,700 to $5,400 per month, according to Apartments.com.

California Landmark Group is also in the process of developing The Container, a roughly 10,000-square-foot office complex on an adjoining property at Beach and Glencoe Avenues.

G8 is one of nearly a half-dozen housing projects built by CLG in the Del Rey neighborhood, following the recently-completed R3 and C1 apartments.

The project site also neighbors Inclave, a similar mixed-use project recently built by SJDC.
