Shea Homes has completed the construction of Arroyo HP, a new development of small lot houses in Highland Park. 

The project, located at 1118 N. Avenue 56, consists of 20 single-family residences in six floor plans ranging from 1,660 to 2,250 square feet.  Each features three bedrooms in addition to rooftop decks.  

KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the project, which are depicted in renderings as a collection of contemporary three- and four-story buildings.

Asking prices range from approximately $870,000 to $1.1 million.

Sales at the Arroyo are being managed by Tracy Do of Compass.
